So maybe this stuff is doable with titanium backup but I've never figured it out.

App is JS backup. Gives an easy way to backup things such as text messages and call history. The app doesn't require root privileges and also supports cloud storage via dropbox or the storage of your liking. The thing that I've noticed most recently with flashing the aokp updates is that restoring my js backup restores my ROM control settings such as the lock screen settings and notification bar toggles.

Titanium can't do that, however MyBackup Root & PRO can. That's what I use. Be very careful using the restore system settings option, that's what's allowing you to keep your ROM controls settings, Rope can tell you how dangerous that can be. With MyBackup you can also backup your homescreens & widgets, very useful when ROM hopping.. :D

+1 for MBP. Although I still use TB, for me anyway, MBP works much smoother for these ICS builds. TB constantly got hung up while batch restoring, haven't had 1 yet on MBP.
