I believe I just found out why some folks had trouble getting the settings to stick....
On my Phone;
ROM Toolbox Pro was overriding System Tuner Pro
The Entire COD Tweak can be done in RTB, just set it up click apply on boot, and VIOLA!
You can even adjust CPU, now if they would include voltage control, and startup app control I would be 110% complete with RTB...

They do have startup app control. /tools/auto start manager

Sorry but with RTB and Vipermod...on my phone STP is out the door...
No matter what I try I cant get STP settings to stick, but they WILL stick in RTB maybe they were conflicting each other I dont know...

Just uninstalledit and I lost my still widget...that was the best any alternatives...
I would keep it if it wasn't conflicting with rtb and vipermod, and/or of the settings would stick...

You can keep it. Go into settings and make sure everything is set to DISABLED. It will still read what RTB and Vipermod has set, but it wont control them and wont conflict.

Change sd cache under the a boost tab...change io scheduler under the advanced kernel tweaks...
